Substance Abuse
An All Care Family Service Qualified Substance Abuse professional (QSAP) counselor will develop goals to guide the client in achieving and maintaining abstinence. Substance abuse services provided by All Care will include an assessment of use activity by the client using the SASSI instrument (substance abuse subtle screening inventory). The primary focus is on relapse prevention and are often scheduled around work or school.
After a plan is developed All Care will monitor and follow up with community case management services. Case management services include but are not limited to community integration, such as housing, vocational, family counseling, etc. This allows clients to continue living at home and engage in their daily activities. Our individualized care plans make safety and crisis stabilization top priorities. We emphasize patient and family education to help everyone involved better understand emotional health issues and symptom management. Our staff members consider family involvement a critical component for a successful recovery. Because our treatment team is drawn from a variety of medical disciplines, we’re able to provide extensive services such as:
